Brewing times and bottling times are by appointment only.
Expect 6 to 8 weeks before a brewing time is available.
Brewing times are normally on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon and bottling times are Weekday evenings and Saturday afternoon.
Therefore, you may need to plan a few months ahead to ensure your beer will be ready for that special occasion.
Due to our contracted hop supply we no longer offer IPAs for the Brew on Premise. New Customers please note we do not brew American light or domestic style beers, we are a craft brewery.
